Dr. Logan Kistler, Curator of Archaeobotany and Archaeogenomics at the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History, is an archaeologist who uses ancient DNA from plants to understand the origin stories of our food plants. Join us to learn how the history of our favorite fall fruit is linked with ancient giant mammals.
